• Information you give us on our application: business name, owner name, phone, email, industry, state, funding needs, time in business, existing financing and an estimated credit range.
• Documents you upload, such as business bank statements.
• Information funders share with us about your application.
• Website data: pages viewed, the ad or link that brought you here, device and browser type, collected with cookies and similar tools from Google, Microsoft and Meta.

How we use it

• To review your application and contact you about financing options.
• To submit your file to funders that may be able to fund your business.
• To measure and improve our advertising and website.
• To meet legal, regulatory and recordkeeping duties.

Who we share it with

We share your application and documents only with funders and service providers who help us process it, and with authorities when the law requires. We do not sell your personal information. Mobile numbers and text-messaging consent are never shared with third parties for their own marketing.

How we protect it

Documents upload over an encrypted connection and are stored in access-controlled business accounts. Only staff working on your file can see it.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Ask us to stop calling at any time.
• Email apply@safcapgroup.com to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted, subject to records we must keep by law.
• Use your browser settings to block cookies.
